We offer next business day dispatch Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will be sent the next business day.
Shipping is $7.95 for orders under $80, and free for orders over $80.
As coffee is a fresh product, we generally don’t accept returns. If there’s an issue, please get in touch. We’ll always do our best to help.
Our returns window is 14 days from delivery. If a return is required, please send your item with your order details, a brief description, and your preferred outcome (refund or exchange).
